It is an information-assistance tool, not certified legal, medical, financial or cybersecurity advice, and not an act of a public authority.
2. Acceptance
Accessing or using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the related notices (Privacy, AI transparency, Result safety, Threat-intel attribution, Cookies). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
3. Accounts
Some features may require authentication. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and for activity under your account, unless you prove non-attributable misuse.

Users must not use the Service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abusive scraping, security circumvention, malware distribution or other violations of applicable EU law, including the Digital Services Act where relevant to intermediary roles.
5. Third-party content

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law (including Directive 2011/83/EU consumer rights as implemented), liability for indirect damages arising solely from reliance on Service outputs is limited. Nothing excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
8. Governing law and venue
Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forums under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).
